The Interactable NPCs are characters that you can talk to or interact with in some way. Some of them offer you quests, teach you emotes or recipes, or give you Lore information. There are over 30 Interactable NPCs in the game, and you can see them all on this map.
Arcos the Wanderer
Arcos the Wanderer, a mysterious traveler who roams the Exiled Lands in search of ancient secrets. Arcos can be found in various locations, depending on the time of day and weather. He offers valuable insights about the history and culture of the Exiled Lands, as well as hints on how to survive and thrive in this harsh environment. Arcos is friendly, curious, and cautious, but also enigmatic and reserved. He will not reveal his true identity or purpose to anyone, and may disappear without warning if he feels threatened or bored.
Braga
Braga is a character who can be found in the Exiled Lands, near the Mounds of the Dead. A former warlord of the Cimmerians, Braga was exiled for his crimes and now lives as a hermit. He offers wisdom and advice to those who seek him out, and is also a potential teacher of the Berserker feat, which grants access to a powerful combat stance.

Child of Jhebbal Sag
One of the features of the game is the ability to worship different deities and gain their favor. One such god is Jhebbal Sag, the Lord of Beasts and the Hunt. Followers of Jhebbal Sag can summon a Child of Jhebbal Sag, a powerful creature that resembles a werewolf. The Child of Jhebbal Sag can aid the player in combat, but also requires constant feeding and care. This loyal companion is a rare and valuable ally in Conan Exiles.

Gilzan the Treasure Hunter
Gilzan the Treasure Hunter is a rare and valuable thrall that can be found in the Exiled Lands. This merchant peddles a variety of items, including weapons, armor, and resources. Not only does he offer these goods, but he can also provide cryptic clues to the locations of hidden treasure chests. Gilzan is a wandering NPC that spawns randomly in different locations across the map. To acquire him, you can knock him out and drag him to a wheel of pain, after which he can be enslaved and placed in your base as a vendor or follower.

The Mountaineer can only be found at the highest summit of Fingerfang Rock, a towering mountain situated in the northwestern corner of the map. Taming the Mountaineer is no easy feat, as it will fiercely resist domestication and require a substantial amount of food and patience. However, those who successfully tame it will be rewarded with a loyal and agile companion that can effortlessly traverse any terrain.

Nunu the Cannibal
Nunu the Cannibal is one of the characters that players can encounter in the game. This Darfari priest is devoted to Yog, the deity revered by cannibals. Additionally, he will offer human flesh as sustenance and share tales about his life and beliefs, providing a glimpse into the darker aspects of the Exiled Lands.

Petruso the Sandstorm Maniac

With high health and damage output, but low armor, he presents a formidable opponent. However, he can be captured using a truncheon and placed on a Wheel of Pain to break his will. Once subdued, he can be assigned to guard a base or follow the player as a loyal companion.
